Megan Westbrook

Biography

Megan Westbrook is a Vancouver-based Senior Customer Success Manager, Strategic Accounts, at Apryse Software. With a background spanning software sales, marketing, and customer success, she is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting, trust-based relationships. Her work focuses on aligning customer goals with business objectives to deliver meaningful results for both customers and her organization. In her role, Megan manages high-value accounts, develops tailored success plans, and works with executive stakeholders to strengthen partnerships. She helps customers realize the value of their technology investments through thoughtful planning, regular engagement, and a focus on product adoption and desired outcomes. With business acumen, proactive problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration, she supports customer retention and long-term success. Megan is energized by opportunities to connect with people, explore new approaches, and contribute to a growing company offering world-class technology. Outside of work, Megan enjoys Vancouver's outdoor offerings, especially cycling and hiking. She also loves social gatherings with good food and great company. A musician, she plays bass and sings backing vocals for the local band Westbrük, which has released three studio albums. She also volunteers with Vancouver Women in Film and the Vancouver International Jazz Festival.
