Biography

I am thrilled to be part of the Worldwide Women's Association, My Company Intertwined Yoga and Wellness Retreats specialize in hosting International destination based Yoga and Wellness retreats. Each retreat experience is curated to a specific target audience, Spiritual retreats, Adventure Retreats, Exploration retreats, and Relaxation. The foundation for each retreat though remains the same focusing on The Mind, Body and Soul connection through Yoga, Breath work, Meditation, and many other specialized modalities. Intertwined Yoga and Wellness look to hosting 4-5 different retreats annually and look forward to helping others reconnect to their inner self. These days we often loose our sense of self through the busy lives we lead, Intertwined Yoga and Wellness focuses on bringing that back through coaching, integration and lifestyle changes- Finding Your true Inner Being again. Assisting in becoming the Best version of yourself. Intertwined offers coaching one on one programs, classes, and workshops to Women and Men, either in Person or Online. My Passions are vast in coming from a design background, I worked as part of the Motion Picture Industry as a Set Decorator for many years, an Interior Decorator, Special event decorator and floral designer through my old company Decor Essentials. I still stay connected to all of these interests on different levels. I am currently a Producers Representative on a feature film we are trying to get Produced. My background is quite diverse, I was part owner of an Emergency Response Company for Oil and Gas we sold in 2022, I was in charge of the Admin for the company. I am currently writing two Children's illustrated books and look forward to sharing them next year when published. My many careers over the Years have shaped me into a driven and creative lady that is excited about this next chapter with My Yoga and Wellness company. Intertwined Yoga retreats looks forward to hopefully meeting some of you on your own Wellness Journey.
