Lori Schwind

Biography

Lori Schwind is an intuitive wellness coach and speaker at Inspired Communication LLC, specializing in energy optimization and techniques for identifying and releasing limiting patterns. She works with individuals, groups, and teams to support greater clarity, personal agency, and freedom in pursuing a joyful, healthy, and intentional life. Lori provides private coaching sessions and group workshops to help clients navigate opportunities, transitions, and challenges such as loss, layoffs, divorce, relationship difficulties, uncertainty, and diminished confidence. Her sessions are available remotely by phone, and workshops are conducted online or arranged for groups and teams in other locations. She is also available to speak at virtual events and conferences about energy optimization. Before focusing on intuitive wellness coaching full time, Lori worked in agency, corporate, journalism, and entrepreneurial settings. Her experience spans executive communications, public relations, marketing, and communications. She also led change and communication workshops for senior and mid-level executives and leadership teams. This background informed her interest in how personal and shared narratives influence responses to change. Lori began exploring intuitive energy work nearly three decades ago and developed her practice through extensive personal study, experimentation, and the creation and refinement of methods for addressing life challenges and opportunities. She began sharing this work with friends, family members, and clients more than 10 years ago before making it her full-time profession. Through Inspired Communication, she continues to develop services intended to help clients create greater joy, health, harmony, and freedom in their lives. Lori completed undergraduate studies at Rowan University. She is based in Meridian, Idaho, and works with clients internationally.
