She closed this chapter as a Patrol Sergeant where she led platoons through high‑pressure environments, coordinated critical incidents, and shaped the next generation of officers through mentorship rooted in integrity, accountability, and human-centered leadership. Today, Lori is the founder of Shield & Strength Consulting, a specialized advisory practice delivering multidimensional security strategies, risk assessments, operational leadership guidance, and wellness‑integrated safety solutions for organizations across Canada and beyond. Her approach is distinct: she blends tactical experience with human performance, communication, and resilience training, helping corporations strengthen both their systems and their people. Complementing her security leadership, Lori also leads Everything EmpowHERing, a brand dedicated to elevating women through fitness, identity-building, nervous system resilience, and personal empowerment. As a certified personal trainer, health coach, and strength & conditioning specialist, she supports women in reclaiming their physical strength, emotional stability, and personal autonomy.
