Lina Maria Aguirre Montoya is the Co-Founder of ADSEI, a Non Profit Organization created in 2014. The company consults and educates corporations and universities on sustainable development and social responsibility. She is a top level executive with 24 years of experience in national and multinational companies and has worked in various sectors such as industrial and massive consumption. Lina has proved experience designing and implementing strategies and improvement processes, business growth and a high sense of sustainability, being the driver to economic, environmental and social growth into the companies and the communities. She is able to manage excellent results through integrating knowledge and experience, reaching all of this with motivated and results oriented teams.
Lina holds her MBA from ICESI, which she obtained in 2004. She speaks fluent English, Spanish and some French. Moving forward, Lina hopes to network with likeminded professionals worldwide as much as possible.
