Biography

I am a strategic finance executive with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, and change. As a Global Vice President of Finance, I have led finance teams and partnered with CEOs, boards, and business leaders across the life sciences, technology, and high-growth sectors. My experience spans strategic planning, FP&A, operational finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, cost transformation, and financial systems modernization. I am especially passionate about translating complex financial information into clear business decisions and building finance teams that are trusted, proactive partners to the organizations they support. My leadership style is grounded in coaching, empowerment, accountability, and transparency. I am committed to supporting women in leadership and creating workplaces where women advocate for one another, diverse perspectives are valued, and people have meaningful opportunities to grow. I am based in the San Diego area and hold a master’s degree in economics. I joined the Worldwide Women’s Association to connect with other accomplished women, exchange ideas and experiences, and contribute to a community focused on professional growth and mutual support.
