Biography

I am a dedicated accounting professional, passionate leader, and strong advocate for empowering women in the workplace. With nearly a decade of experience at TLC Management, I have built my career on hard work, continuous growth, and a commitment to making a positive impact. Currently serving as an Assistant Controller at TLC Management, I help oversee financial operations for 25 long-term care facilities. Throughout my career, I have progressed from Accounts Payable Manager to my current leadership role, gaining extensive experience in financial management, accounting operations, process improvement, and team development. Beyond my corporate responsibilities, I proudly serve as President of The Caring Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting employees facing financial hardships. This role allows me to combine my passion for leadership with my desire to give back and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. I believe that successful leadership is not simply about achieving results, but about inspiring others, building strong relationships, embracing challenges, and creating opportunities for growth. I am passionate about professional development, mentoring others, and demonstrating that determination, confidence, and perseverance can open doors to incredible opportunities. Outside of my professional life, I am a proud wife and mother of two daughters. Balancing a demanding career, nonprofit leadership, and family life has taught me the importance of resilience, time management, and leading by example. As a member of the Worldwide Women's Association (WWA), I look forward to connecting with ambitious, inspiring women from diverse industries, sharing experiences, expanding my professional network, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally. My philosophy is simple: Never stop learning, never stop growing, and never underestimate the impact you can make on someone else's journey.
