Biography

I’m Kim Clarkin, a Fort Worth area Realtor who believes real estate should feel a lot more personal and a lot less like a sales pitch. Before becoming a Realtor, I spent more than 20 years as a professional photographer and built a career in corporate real estate operations, process improvement, and marketing. Translation? I notice details, love a good strategy, and have a hard time leaving inefficient systems alone. Today, I bring all of that experience to my clients. For sellers, that means I don’t simply put a home on the MLS and hope for the best. I think about positioning, presentation, photography, marketing, buyer psychology, and how we can make your home stand out. For buyers, I’m part Realtor, part strategist, part detective. I’ll help you see the potential in a home, but I’ll also point out the things that deserve a second look. I’m not interested in talking you into a house just to make a sale. I want you to feel confident about the decision long after closing day. I serve Fort Worth, Mansfield, and surrounding DFW communities, helping everyone from first-time buyers to families making their next move, relocation clients, luxury buyers and sellers, and investors. Outside of real estate, I’m a wife, mom of two girls, photographer, golfer, coffee enthusiast, and proud Texan. I love beautiful homes, good design, great conversations, and helping people figure out what’s next. My approach is simple: care about people, tell the truth, have a strategy, and do the work.
