With over two years of experience in the organization, she provides essential support in benefits, wellness and, most recently, compensation matters for a workforce of 1400+ employees. Kaylyn's career journey at SHCS began as an HR Assistant after completing her MBA. Through her dedication and hard work, she progressively advanced to her current role. In recognition of her professional expertise, Kaylyn achieved the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in March 2022. Additionally, in January 2023, she earned the Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) certification through the Plan Sponsor Council of America. These certifications reflect her commitment to staying updated with industry best practices and delivering optimal services to employees. Kaylyn finds immense satisfaction in her role as she actively contributes to the well-being of SHCS employees when they need assistance the most.
