Kasturi Golla: Bridging AI, Data, Technology, and Risk for Responsible Transformation Kasturi Golla is a transformation-focused executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning data and analytics, technology, product, risk management, and artificial intelligence. Her career has centered on helping organizations navigate complex transformations while connecting business strategy, technology execution, and effective risk governance. As a former Executive Director and Senior Manager of Risk and Data Analytics at Wells Fargo, Kasturi led enterprise initiatives focused on AI adoption, risk analytics, responsible AI, data governance, and technology-enabled transformation. Her experience includes leading complex initiatives across people, process, data, technology, and controls, particularly within highly regulated environments. Kasturi’s approach to transformation brings together multiple perspectives that are increasingly important as organizations adopt AI and data-driven capabilities. She specializes in helping organizations understand how emerging technologies can support business objectives while establishing the governance, controls, and processes needed for responsible implementation. Throughout her career, Kasturi has worked across the intersection of business and technology, helping organizations move from strategy to execution. Her background in risk management and data analytics provides a strong foundation for addressing the opportunities and challenges that accompany AI adoption, including data governance, responsible AI, and technology-enabled change. Kasturi holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. She continues to expand her knowledge of emerging technologies through executive learning, including the Agentic AI: Conceptualized and Applied program through the Harvard Data Science Initiative in 2026. With her combination of business, technology, analytics, and risk experience, Kasturi continues to focus on helping organizations approach transformation thoughtfully, connect innovation with business value, and adopt AI and data capabilities in ways that are scalable, responsible, and aligned with organizational goals.
