Biography

I am a dedicated professional with more than 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Throughout my career, I developed a strong foundation in customer service, leadership, operations, and team management by serving in numerous roles, including front desk representative, server, hostess, dishwasher, café and juice bar attendant, room-service team member, housekeeping supervisor, restaurant manager, and eventually event and floor manager at a busy sports bar. After nearly two decades in hospitality, I made the intentional decision to align my career with my daughter’s schedule. I spent four meaningful years working in an elementary school, where I strengthened my patience, communication skills, and ability to support children, parents, teachers, and families. When I was ready to return to the hospitality industry, I attended approximately ten interviews but did not receive the opportunities I had hoped for. Instead of allowing rejection to define my future, I took a leap of faith and stopped searching for someone else to recognize my potential. After completing the school year, I committed fully to building my career with Primerica. Today, I use my extensive background in service, leadership, education, and relationship-building to help individuals and families improve their financial knowledge, protect their income, and prepare for the future. My journey reflects resilience, adaptability, faith, and the courage to create my own opportunities.
