Biography

I’m a customer-focused product and project leader with 20+ years of experience translating customer, employee, and business needs into high-value products, process improvements, and enterprise solutions. I bring a unique combination of product ownership, project leadership, Agile delivery, and enterprise implementation experience. I’m at my best connecting the “why” behind a business need with the “how” of delivering a practical, effective solution—bringing together customers, business leaders, field teams, technology, operations, development teams, and vendors to move complex initiatives forward. As a product leader, I have hands-on experience with product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing, release planning, performance analysis, and continuous improvement. I use customer feedback and data to help identify opportunities, clarify requirements, prioritize work, and guide teams toward solutions that deliver meaningful value. My broader project and enterprise leadership experience includes leading initiatives from planning and requirements through implementation, adoption, and ongoing improvement across large, distributed and matrixed organizations. I’m comfortable navigating ambiguity, coordinating cross-functional teams, facilitating stakeholder discussions, managing priorities and dependencies, resolving issues, and communicating complex information in ways that create clarity and alignment.
