Jennifer Guillory

Biography

Jennifer Guillory, LPN, is a behavioral healthcare leader, entrepreneur, educator, and community advocate in Southwest Louisiana. She currently serves as an Outpatient Director in behavioral healthcare, where she leads intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization services and is responsible for program operations, staff leadership, patient engagement, quality improvement, and program development. With a clinical background as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Jennifer has developed extensive experience working with individuals experiencing mental health and behavioral health challenges. She is trained in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) through LivingWorks and is an American Heart Association CPR Instructor, with instructor training completed through Ochsner Health in New Orleans. Her professional interests include behavioral health leadership, suicide prevention and crisis intervention, healthcare operations, staff development, patient access, and strengthening the continuum of care. Jennifer is also an entrepreneur and co-owner of C & J Vending, LLC, a Southwest Louisiana small business providing modern vending, cashless payment technology, ice vending, and self-service solutions to local businesses and organizations. Through the company, she has gained hands-on experience in business development, operations, technology implementation, customer relations, marketing, and strategic growth. Her entrepreneurial work also extends to agriculture as the owner of Jenn's Fancy Feet Farm, where she raises specialty poultry and shares practical education about poultry care and responsible flock management. Through the farm, Jennifer has developed a growing social media community that combines agricultural education, small-business marketing, and an authentic look at rural life. Beyond her professional and entrepreneurial roles, Jennifer is actively involved in community outreach and service. She has a particular interest in strengthening rural communities through healthcare access, mental health education, entrepreneurship, and relationship-centered leadership. Jennifer believes effective leadership is rooted in service, continuous learning, and a willingness to identify needs and build practical solutions.
