Biography

I am an experienced operations and accounting professional with more than 25 years of experience in business administration, accounting, and transportation. In recent years, I have specialized in the oilfield trucking industry, working with multiple carriers and transportation companies across the country. My experience spans nearly every aspect of trucking operations, including accounting and billing, payroll and driver settlements, recruiting and onboarding, DOT and FMCSA compliance, dispatch operations, customer relations, contract administration, and carrier management. Known for being hands-on and solution-oriented, I have helped companies build and improve their internal processes while keeping the day-to-day operation moving. I have extensive experience working within frac sand and oilfield transportation, supporting operations throughout Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and other major oil and gas regions. I have worked closely with drivers, owner-operators, management teams, and customers, giving me a unique understanding of both the operational and financial sides of the transportation industry. Above all, I believe that a successful trucking operation is built on strong communication, accountability, and treating people fairly. I bring a practical, straightforward approach to my work and isn't afraid to jump in wherever I am needed to get the job done.
