Fabiola Mantilla López is the Faculty Development Director at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador. With over fourteen years of experience in her career, Fabiola is best known for her expertise in processing, operation management, human resources and higher education. In her current role, Fabiola is responsible for handling human resource duties and overseeing the faculty.
Following the completion of her Bachelor’s degree, Fabiola went on to receive a Master’s degree at the University of the Americas in 2016.
In the next three to five years, Fabiola is looking to transition her employment to a more developed country. She feels there are more opportunities for growth in such countries and she would be able to share her expertise to a larger audience. She credits her success to her honesty and direct approach, as well as her patience and hard work.
Fabiola is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member of the Worldwide Women's Association.
