Elisa has an Economics degree from Andrés Bello University, Venezuela. Her passion for being prepared to help coworkers and collegues lead her to study digital marketing and obtain a Master Business Administration with specialization in Business Management.
During her professional experience in the corporate world, she lead 13 countries in South and Central America as Procter & Gamble Team leader. She worked with multifunctional teams (marketing, logistics, customer kno wledge, sales and IT). For her, working with teams, was not only about obtain superior results but also working in people´s personal and carreer development. After this corporate experience, she became General Manager of a centenial company that produced fine dark chocolate and guide them through cultural transformation from being a family-owned company to a professional corporation.
Elisa is a Certified Business and Executive ActionCOACH. She believes in continue learning and has complemented her coaching skills with other certifications such as BucketLIST Coach and joined the John Maxwell Team recently.
She understands the challenges of business world and values the risks entreprenuers face when they start running their companies to improve their lives and make a positive impact the communities they live in, by providing products and services with their knowledge.
