With a career spanning over two decades, she has made significant contributions across various sectors, including international organizations, consultancy, and research institutes.

Born with an insatiable curiosity and a natural aptitude for analytics, Marsha laid the foundation of her illustrious career early on. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts with a focus on accounting from Excelsior College, she pursued an MBA in Technology Management from Walden University. To further sharpen her analytical skills, she completed a certification in Business Analytics from Udacity.
She is recognized as a DOD Fellow Alumni, and played a pivotal role in establishing a new agency dedicated to countering terrorism in Africa.
Her career took a significant turn when she joined the International Trade Centre in Geneva, Switzerland, as a Financial Management Advisor. This was followed by her work as an Administrative Officer with UNMIL, the UN Secretariat DPKO in Monrovia, Liberia from 2010 to 2012.
In 2012, she moved to The Hague, Netherlands, to work as a Budget Management Officer for the Organization of the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW). Her work contributed to OPCW's mission of eliminating chemical weapons, earning the organization the Nobel Peace Prize in 2013.
In 2015, she founded Emporia Consultancy, a management and strategic consulting boutique where she currently serves as the Managing Consultant. Emporia Consultancy specializes in data analysis, visualization, and strategic implementation, driving data-driven decision-making for clients.
In 2023, she joined the Excessive Wealth Disorder Institute (EWDi) as an Encore Fellow working as a Senior Research Analyst. In this role, she conducts comprehensive research on wealth inequality.
Outside of her professional life, she is deeply committed to social causes. She enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and kayaking. She is also passionate about mentoring, sharing her knowledge and experience to inspire the next generation of leaders.
Her contributions to international organizations, her leadership in consultancy, and her advocacy for wealth equality have made her a revered figure in her field.
