Before founding Preferred Partner Search, I spent more than 20 years leading manufacturing and engineering operations. I've sat on the hiring side of the table, managed teams, owned P&Ls, solved production problems, and understand firsthand what separates an average hire from someone who truly moves a business forward. That perspective shapes every search I lead today. As CEO of Preferred Partner Search, I partner with companies across the United States to recruit engineering, manufacturing, operations, sales, supply chain, quality, maintenance, EHS, and executive leadership talent. From confidential executive searches to hard-to-fill technical positions, my focus is finding professionals who not only have the right experience but also fit the culture, leadership style, and long-term goals of the organization.
