Biography

Dharshikah Sarachchandra is the founder of Destiny Networks, owner-operator of Destiny Immigration Consultants, and managing director of Destiny Overseas Consultants, supporting operations across the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the European Union. Based in Toronto, she specializes in higher education and enrollment management, international student recruitment, educational consulting, immigration administrative support, business development, strategic partnerships, career development, marketing, client relations, and business operations. Dharshikah has more than 10 years of experience spanning business management, international education, student recruitment, and strategic business development. Her work focuses on connecting individuals with educational opportunities, career pathways, professional networks, and international opportunities. Across her leadership roles, she has developed experience in organizational management, business operations, student advising and enrollment, marketing, partnership development, and relationship building. She earned a BA with honors in Business Management from London South Bank University in 2012 and an MA in International Relations in 2013. Her professional profile also lists the Best Education Startup of the Year honor from Women Icon in association with Times Women.
