Cristina Riojas is a Vegan Chef and HealthKit coach at MEsaMIA where she supervises 30 employees of the restaurant and also 5 employees for the smaller vegan restaurant. Cristina began her career as a kindergarten teacher then wanted to expand more and help others in terms of nutrition. With a true passion for healthy living and eating, Cristina is perfectly equipped to bring the utmost in culinary and lifestyle choices to her wide body of clientele.
Cristina is in the process of obtaining her Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and is projected to complete it in 2019. Also a talented educator, she will be doing seminars once per week throughout the states of Mexico teaching about vegan food and how to make it. Cristina is also in the process of publishing a book in the year 2019.
When not engaged with work, Cristina enjoys travel and is an avid reader.
