Biography
A professional sculptor with a BFA and MFA in Sculpture and decades of experience working with tools and machinery, Christy Georg decided enough was enough after injuring her eye for the second time in the shop. Frustrated by safety glasses that never fit properly, she set out to create something better: premium protective eyewear designed specifically for women, without compromising safety, comfort, or style. Named in homage to Rosie the Riveter, Rosie’s Eyes celebrates the ingenuity, strength, and independence of women who make things.
