About me / professional summary
I am a senior sales executive, revenue growth strategist, and founder of Proffitt Sales Advisory & Coaching, with more than 25 years of experience building high-performing sales teams, accelerating revenue growth, and transforming sales operations into scalable, predictable revenue engines. My passion is helping CEOs and founders transition from founder-led sales to team-driven growth—without losing the relationships, momentum, or entrepreneurial spirit that made their businesses successful. Throughout my career, I've learned that one of the most challenging transitions for a growing business happens when the founder can no longer be the primary rainmaker. What worked to generate the first $5 million or $10 million in revenue often isn't sustainable at $20 million, $50 million, or beyond. The challenge isn't simply hiring more salespeople. It's transferring the founder's knowledge, relationships, instincts, and vision into a repeatable sales process that others can execute successfully. During my tenure (25 years) with Integrity Staffing Solutions, I held executive sales and operational leadership roles, helping scale the business from its entrepreneurial roots into a national enterprise. My experience includes: - Revenue Growth: Helped grow a business portfolio from $0 to $150 million in annual recurring revenue while delivering consistent year-over-year growth. - Sales Leadership: Built, coached, and led sales organizations of more than 20 professionals across multiple markets. - Enterprise Business Development: Delivered more than $50 million in new account growth while developing strategic relationships with Fortune 500 organizations. - Sales Infrastructure: Established sales processes, forecasting methodologies, performance metrics, coaching programs, and accountability systems. - Operational Leadership: Managed a $150 million P&L while aligning sales execution, service delivery, and profitability. Today, through Proffitt Sales Advisory & Coaching, I bring that experience to founder-led businesses, particularly independent staffing firms and professional services organizations, that are ready for their next stage of growth. My approach focuses on three critical areas: 1. Building a Repeatable Sales Engine: Transforming founder-dependent selling into a structured, scalable process with clear expectations, defined buyer decision points, and measurable outcomes. 2. Developing Sales Leaders and Teams: Coaching sales professionals to become trusted advisors who can independently develop relationships, solve customer problems, and close profitable business. 3. Creating Revenue Predictability: Using my Decision-Based Forecast Clarity™ methodology and The Messy Middle™ Pipeline System to help leadership distinguish genuine opportunities from pipeline optimism and make better revenue decisions. I believe the best sales organizations combine disciplined execution with genuine human connection. Technology, AI, and CRM systems can improve efficiency, but sustainable growth still comes from great conversations, strong relationships, and effective leadership. My goal is simple: Help founders move from being the company's best salesperson to leading a company filled with great salespeople. Because true scalability happens when revenue growth no longer depends on one person.

- Family
- Outside of work, family is my greatest joy! I’ve been married for 23 years to my husband, who happens to be a chef (yes, I’m spoiled!). I’m a proud Airedale mom to Leo and Mia, who keep life entertaining. As the oldest of four siblings, family has always been at the center of my world. And when it comes to being an aunt, I like to think of myself as a modern-day Mary Poppins—a little adventure, a lot of laughter, a sprinkle of magic, and memories that last a lifetime!
