Biography
I am a Business Development Director at BI WORLDWIDE, where I partner with enterprise organizations to help improve sales performance, employee engagement, recognition, customer loyalty and the overall experience they create for their people. Before joining BI WORLDWIDE, I spent more than 14 years in sports radio and media, working with local and national brands to develop partnerships across broadcast, digital, sports and events. For more than five years, I also owned and operated a barre3 fitness studio. That experience gave me a unique perspective on leadership, culture and the importance of creating environments where people feel valued and motivated to do their best work.
