By 2021, she had risen to the position of Assistant Director of Clinical Outpatient Services, contributing significantly to staff development, revenue growth, and service expansion. Her ability to create a positive and productive work environment while expanding services speaks volumes about her leadership prowess. In 2023, Cassandra's journey led her to become the Clinical Director of Paramount Wellness Retreat, where she successfully established a residential facility from scratch. With her dedication and strategic vision, the program reached 85% capacity within a few months.
