Bernardita Saez Rozas is senior attorney at Alessandri Abogados specializing in corporate law and working in the areas of finance, banking, and investments. She has extensive experience working with multilateral development banks, as well as local and foreign banks in project structuring, design and execution. In addition to this work, she leads the implementation of Alessandri's knowledge management initiatives.
Highly educated, Bernardita received a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a degree in Economics and Finance Law from Universidad del Desarrollo. She has a Master’s degree in Global Law and Economy from New York University School of Law and a Master’s degree in Law from the National University of Singapore. She currently teaches a course on world trade law and enjoys helping people see different perspectives in regards to law.
