More than 25 years
Having worked for the past 36 years as a licensed pharmacist, executive, consultant and agent of change, Barbara Gobis's specialty is in developing, implementing and managing large-scale change initiatives within health organizations and front-line pharmacist practice. Although Barbara is currently a faculty member in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of British Columbia, she considers herself an entrepreneur, innovator and disruptor of things that need to change, and not an academic. She uses her unique mix of command and kindness to get things done and move people to do new work differently and successfully. Passionate about her work, Barbara credits her success to dedication, drive, and perseverance, balanced with a healthy dose of personal interests including singing, piano, golf, skiing and other West Coast pursuits. She looks forward to networking with likeminded professionals.
RPh - Registered Pharmacist, College of Pharmacists of British Columbia; PCC – Professional Certified Coach, International Coaching Federation
