Biography

My name is Barbara Arledge Morton, and I am 55 years old and proud to call Hutto, Texas, home. I am a dedicated and passionate professional who takes pride in everything I do, both personally and professionally. I currently serve as a Senior Office Manager for Arrow Exterminators, where I strive to give my best every day. I am knowledgeable, professional, outgoing, compassionate, and caring. I enjoy working with people, building relationships, solving problems, and continuing to learn and grow. I believe that there is always something new to discover, and I genuinely enjoy expanding my knowledge and developing new skills. Outside of work, I am very family-oriented and value the time I spend with the people I love. I enjoy traveling, watching true-crime documentaries, and expressing my creativity through crafting and making things. These interests allow me to relax, explore new experiences, and keep my creative side active. Looking toward the future, one of my goals is to connect and interact with other goal-oriented, ambitious women who are interested in networking, personal growth, and supporting one another. I believe there is tremendous value in women building each other up, sharing knowledge, and creating meaningful professional relationships. Professionally, I am working toward obtaining my Commercial Applicator license, which will open the door to exciting new opportunities. My long-term goal is to use that experience and knowledge to potentially run my own service center or continue advancing within my company. I am motivated, determined, and ready to continue challenging myself and growing into the next chapter of my career. I believe in doing my best, treating people with kindness and respect, and never being afraid to learn something new. I am excited about what the future holds and look forward to the opportunities, relationships, and accomplishments still ahead of me.
