Anita Ice Real Estate Broker | Weatherford, Texas Born in Ohio and now proud to call Weatherford—the “Parker County Peach”—home, Anita Ice brings a genuine passion for people, property, and helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Anita began her professional career in nursing, where she developed a strong foundation in caring for others, building relationships, paying attention to detail, and helping people through some of the most important decisions and transitions in their lives. That experience naturally led her to real estate, where she has been helping buyers, sellers, investors, renters, and property owners since 2013. As a Real Estate Broker, Anita brings experience, knowledge, and a personal commitment to every transaction. She has worked with residential properties, farm and ranch properties, leases, short sales, and foreclosures. She has also completed specialized training in short sales and foreclosures, farm and ranch residential contracts, client negotiations, and many other areas of real estate. Anita understands that every client and every transaction is different. She works closely with lenders, title companies, inspectors, contractors, and other professionals to help keep transactions organized and moving forward. Her background in nursing and real estate allows her to provide clients with practical guidance, clear communication, attention to detail, and personalized service throughout the process. What Anita enjoys most about real estate is the people. Whether helping a first-time home-buyer find the right home, assisting a family with a move, working with an investor, marketing a property, or helping someone navigate a complicated transaction, she takes pride in being available, dependable, and committed to her clients. Outside of the business side of real estate, Anita enjoys the creative aspects of the profession, including staging, decorating, open houses, showings, and marketing properties. She loves staying busy, meeting new people, volunteering, and continually learning new ways to better serve those around her. Family is also at the heart of who Anita is. She is a proud mother of four sons, and her four C’s are the inspiration behind the name of her company. Her family, community, and relationships have helped shape the kind, honest, hardworking, and compassionate person she is today. For Anita, real estate is more than buying and selling property.
