Martina Pileggi (She/Her)

With over 19 years of leadership experience across North America, Martina is a seasoned HR professional known for her innovative and proactive approach to human resources. She is committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. Martina’s goal is to align HR strategies with business objectives by truly understanding the needs of organizations and their people. Her guiding principle is ensuring that "the basics are solid," meaning that no matter the challenge, core HR practices are firmly in place. Martina has led HR initiatives and teams in industries including pharmaceuticals, food, hardware distribution, and manufacturing. With a passion for supporting Women in Leadership and Disability Awareness, Martina ensures these themes are inclusive in her work and daily life. She holds a BA in Sociology from York University, a Mini MBA from Schulich ExecEd, a Certificate in HR Law from York University, and a Certificate in Workplace Mental Health Leadership from Queens University. Martina has published works in Hardlines and was honored as one of Toronto’s Top 50 Women Leaders in both 2023 and 2024.
