I was the AI Council Leader at my last company and have direct expertise on implementing AI for efficiency and productivity across organizations. I am trained in the Collaborative Intelligence methodology for helping people understand their thinking talents and mind patterns for themselves and their teams. I have been an inquiry based business coach for over five years and built and participated in mentor programs for over 15 years inside the companies I have worked in. I am also passionate to give back at the board level as a Board advisor for both non-profit and for-profit organizations. In Salt Lake City, I was on the board of Youthlinc focused on creating life-long humanitarians in our youth. I also have partnered with local universities like UVU to build curriculum and programs to foster connections between education and the technology businesses in our community.
