Marie-Louise Jacques, MD, MBA, is a global pharmaceutical executive and strategic advisor with over two decades of experience leading global drug development, portfolio strategy, and medical innovation. Her career includes the approval of more than 13 new chemical entities and the launch of multiple first-in-class therapies in ophthalmology, oncology, neurology, and specialty medicine. From building clinical organizations to shaping lifecycle and investment strategies, she brings together scientific depth and business foresight to drive measurable impact. Dr. Jacques has held senior executive and Chief Medical Officer roles at Novartis, Allergan, Sanofi, and other global firms, where she helped scale R&D strategy and align science with growth. In 2012, she founded Pharma Biotech Consultants LLC, a New Jersey-based advisory firm supporting biotech and pharmaceutical companies in accelerating clinical development, regulatory pathways, and global market access.
