Born in Brazil to a second-generation Italian immigrant family, Leticia’s global journey has been anything but traditional. A licensed attorney in Brazil and former Public Defender of 14 years, she brought her commitment to justice and advocacy with her when she moved to the United States in 2016 to pursue a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Georgetown University, focusing on international business, corporate law, and intellectual property. Since earning her LL.M. in 2018 and passing the California Bar Exam, Leticia has carved a distinctive path as a corporate attorney and strategic advisor. She’s held executive legal and operational roles in tech startups, developing a deep expertise in early-stage company formation, venture capital, and founder protection. Her firsthand experience as both investor and legal counsel uniquely equips her to help founders navigate complex legal landscapes—from C-Suite structuring and capital raises to stock allocation, employee compensation, and board governance. Today, Leticia is passionate about building strong legal foundations for startups and advocating for ethical business practices.
