Joelle Lamport – Lewis

Joelle Lamport-Lewis is a high-performing, detail-oriented, and highly motivated professional with over 20 years of experience. She has expertise in collaborative partnerships with cross sector stakeholders, establishing and overseeing government-funded projects, leading innovative ideation, managing legislative strategies, developing bipartisan government relations, and supervising grassroots activities. Joelle is recognized for her solid analytical and critical thinking skills, personal and professional integrity, ability to motivate and influence others, teamwork, technical and market knowledge, and her ability to build effective relationships at all levels. With comprehensive knowledge of Government Affairs, Joelle excels in advocating positions before diverse audiences. She has a strong track record in team building and leadership, communications and public affairs, proposal development, accountable report writing, and mobilizing evidence-based practice. Joelle is also skilled in facilitation and training, design and delivery of symposiums/workshops, implementation of training programs, team building, strategic planning, and partnership development and management. Currently, Joelle serves as the Director of the Huron Perth & Area Ontario Health Team. In this role, she provides overall leadership for the organization, working with partners, government, members, physicians, and stakeholders to transform and build an integrated health system. Prior to this, she held the position of Manager, Project Management Office. Joelle holds a Social Service Worker degree from Sheridan College, a Bachelor of Arts degree from McMaster University, and a Public Policy Certification from the MaxBell Foundation. She is also pursuing an Executive MBA (EMBA) degree from Quantic.
