Jesenia Clark

Jesenia Clark, MSL, SHRM-CP, is a dedicated human resources and leadership professional, servant leader, and community advocate with more than 15 years of experience supporting workforce operations, employee relations, organizational development, and community engagement across nonprofit, healthcare, municipal government, and corporate sectors. She is passionate about helping individuals recognize their potential, overcome adversity, and create opportunities for personal and professional growth. A proud mother of two sons, Jesenia’s journey is rooted in resilience, perseverance, and service. As a child, she faced significant academic challenges due to a learning disability and struggled with reading comprehension throughout her early education. Despite those obstacles, she refused to allow limitations to define her future. Through determination, discipline, and faith in her ability to grow, she went on to earn an Associate degree in Office Administration and Technology, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a Master’s degree in Leadership with a concentration in Human Resources. She also earned her SHRM-CP certification, further strengthening her expertise in leadership and employee relations. Jesenia’s personal experiences, including overcoming periods of housing and financial instability in her early twenties, fueled her passion for advocating for underserved communities and supporting individuals facing low-income and housing insecurity challenges. She believes leadership is most meaningful when it is used to uplift others and create lasting impact. Throughout her career and volunteer efforts, Jesenia has led initiatives focused on employee support, mentorship, youth empowerment, and community outreach. One of her proudest accomplishments includes organizing community backpack giveaways that provided hundreds of children with school supplies while fostering positive community relationships. Jesenia defines servant leadership as leading with empathy, integrity, and purpose. She remains committed to inspiring others through her story, empowering individuals to believe their circumstances do not determine their future, and creating meaningful change within her workplace and community.
