Jesabel Cortés

A professional manager with more than 20 years of experience in the management of luxury hotels. Originally from Mexico City, I graduated in 2001 with a degree in Tourism Business Administration. This was the beginning of a remarkable career. In 2008, I purchased my first property in Cancun and took a decisive step into real estate investment. This passion for commercial and residential real estate led me to Quebec in 2017. I now own several residential and commercial buildings and have consolidated my career in this field. In 2017, I was a co-founder of Société de Crédit Immo Québec Inc (SCIQ), where I currently hold the position of co-president. My enlightened leadership, exemplary management and expertise in real estate project analysis are key assets to the success of the company. My vision goes beyond the bottom line; my goal is a Quebec where everyone has access to financial freedom through real estate. Since 2017, I have benefited from the real estate and business mentoring of Mr. Jacques Lépine, in addition to my professional activities. In order to improve my skills, I have completed prestigious training courses, including the Commercial Real Estate Broker course at the Collège Immobilier du Québec. I have also attended a course on financial markets at Yale University, taught by Nobel Prize-winning economist Robert J. Shiller, as well as various seminars on real estate and finance. My commitment doesn't end there. In 2021, I co-founded and chaired the Jesabel & Jacques Lépine Foundation, which actively supports social causes worldwide. In recognition of my skills and dedication, I was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Ferrari Club of America Canada East Chapter in 2022. I have established myself as a key figure in real estate and business development through my mastery of three languages (Spanish, French and English) and my skills in management, negotiation and communication.
