Jennifer White is the founder of Awaken with Intention, LLC, a certified life and spiritual coach dedicated to guiding women through healing and transformation. Drawing from over 30 years of experience in management, coaching, and training across diverse industries—including entertainment, insurance, IT, oil & gas, photography, and transportation—Jennifer brings a wealth of real-world insight to her practice. Her personal journey, marked by profound loss and life transitions, fuels her mission to help others rediscover their inner strength and purpose. Since launching her private coaching practice in 2021, she has obtained certifications in Life and Spiritual Coaching, Business Coaching, Art Therapy, Meditation, Trauma Healing, Grief Work, Applied Jungian Practices, and Buddhist therapeutic modalities. An active member of the International Coaching Federation, Jennifer upholds the highest ethical and professional standards in her work.
