Biography
Jenn Camillo is a passionate leader, entrepreneur, and social advocate committed to driving meaningful change in both business and community sectors. She is the founder of More at Home Society, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of low-income seniors in British Columbia by providing financial subsidies for essential home care services. Through this initiative, Jenn champions health care equity, dignity in aging, and access to choice for vulnerable populations. With a strong background in nonprofit management, addiction counseling, and volunteer leadership, Jenn brings a trauma-informed and deeply compassionate approach to her work. Her frontline experience in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside supporting women has sharpened her skills in harm reduction, crisis management, and reflective listening. She holds multiple Associate’s degrees in Substance Abuse Counseling, Volunteer Management, and Non-Profit Management. Jenn is also a seasoned business developer and co-owner of Revolution Pump Company Ltd., where she and her husband transformed a small operation into a thriving commercial enterprise known across BC for its reliability and integrity in effluent and sewage pump services. She is especially passionate about women’s empowerment, creating inclusive spaces where female entrepreneurs and leaders can thrive.
