Jackie Johnson is the Director of Learning & Development at AssistRx, where she leads initiatives to support professional growth and performance improvement across the organization. With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and healthcare industries, Jackie has built a career at the intersection of leadership, training, and strategic development. She began her professional journey after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Kansas, embarking on a decade-long tenure at Sprint where she honed her leadership and customer service expertise. Jackie later completed a Master’s degree in Project Management, which propelled her into roles at Curascript, Verizon, and eviCore, where she cultivated a robust skill set in internal communications, program management, and learning strategy. In her current role, Jackie is a dynamic leader committed to empowering others through education, mentoring, and thoughtful organizational development. A lifelong learner herself, she is expanding her focus to include mental healthcare and life coaching for women over 40. Jackie is passionate about fostering inclusive environments and helping women navigate career transitions with confidence and clarity. She continues to seek opportunities to mentor and support women in both corporate and community spaces.
