Gabriela Ramirez

Born and Raised in Guatemala, living in the USA for 5 years moving from Puerto Rico to Miami, and currently living in Southern California. My parents and brother are my whole world and I´m always grateful for being able to have them as part of all of my decisions with ups and downs but they are my rock and I´m always trying to feel proud of my accomplishments. Magna Cum Laude graduated from Universidad Francisco Marroquin with a Business Administration degree. I´m curious by nature and I love to keep myself updated by learning different topics at the best Universities like "Digital Transformation" at NYU, "Disruptive Strategy" at Harvard School, "How to Build a one Billion Dollar Brand" at Wharton, and recently finishing my "Executive Entrepreneurship Program" at Babson which I´m so excited about. I started my career at Pepsico LATAM and after 5 years I moved to the main bottler for Pepsico in LATAM as part of a new division from private own better for you beverages. The reason I joined is that I truly believed I could make a change not only in our Latin America countries but also in the big leagues where the big players compete like in the USA general market and that was my dream. After many years of getting to know consumers' need all around latin america and Europe I lead the creation of one of a kind plant-based energy drink as an intrapreneur within Beliv Company. We decided to launch during the mist of the pandemic and 2 years later we are a global brand with a footprint in 5 countries in Latin America, nationwide distribution in the USA, and recently launched in China. I´ve learned so much in this process especially because OCA is the first brand of WeBelivMagnus; a venture between Beliv and Magnus, a company owned by the grammy winner Marc Anthony. Being a woman executive and being able to keep learning from the CPG industry, combining that knowledge with the entertainment business is been not only fun but also eye-opening on how we can create better for you but still fun products for consumers all around the world. I´m a natural entrepreneur with a passion for creating brands, developing a brand position and strategy but most importantly passionate about trying to solve every dar consumer's problems. I´ve created personal businesses in the food industry, personal care, and consulting and currently working on a new project.
