Francine Guilaine Eda, EMBA, is an accomplished business leader with more than 14 years of experience in finance, administration, and operations. As Administrative Director at Smurfit WestRock, a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions, she provides leadership across finance, people management, and administrative operations, partnering with plant leadership to enhance performance, optimize resources, and support the achievement of strategic business objectives. Prior to joining Smurfit WestRock, Francine held leadership and financial management roles in the food manufacturing and aerospace sectors, developing a diverse business perspective and a strong ability to adapt and lead in complex, fast-paced environments. She has extensive expertise in financial management, budgeting, inventory control, human resources, payroll administration, and labor relations. A recent Executive MBA graduate from ESG UQAM (UQAM’s School of Management), Francine is passionate about driving organizational performance while fostering collaborative and inclusive workplaces.
