Fabiola Rosado

Fabiola Rosado is a dynamic entrepreneur, healthcare professional, and community leader with a proven record of building successful businesses from the ground up. She earned her Associate Degree in Business Administration in 2012 and quickly rose through managerial roles at nationally recognized companies, including Wendy’s, Panera Bread, and Primerica Financial Services, where she developed her expertise in operations, leadership, and customer service. In 2019, Fabiola launched Virotu LLC, a startup that achieved strong revenue growth under her leadership. Building on that success, she established C&R Premier Transportation Co. in 2021, serving both Massachusetts and Connecticut. Starting with a single vehicle, she expanded operations into a rapidly growing company on track to become a multi-million-dollar enterprise, providing student transportation, non-emergency medical transportation, and courier services. In addition, Fabiola founded Hope Valley Homecare Services LLC, a licensed agency serving families across Massachusetts and Connecticut with compassionate homecare services. Beyond entrepreneurship, Fabiola is deeply rooted in service. She served in the U.S. military, and being a caregiver since 2016. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at the Arizona College of Nursing, with a clear mission to bring medical assistance to underserved communities worldwide. Fluent in Haitian Creole, French, English, and Spanish, she uses her multicultural background to connect with diverse populations. Her dedication extends to nonprofit leadership as the founder and manager of Source of Life Mission International, a charitable organization she personally funds. Through this initiative, she provides food, clothing, and school supplies to orphans, while also supporting low-income families and elderly adults with essential resources. Fabiola’s vision is to graduate as a Registered Nurse, continue expanding her healthcare and transportation enterprises, and dedicate part of her career to global humanitarian missions. She is committed to traveling to underserved countries, providing free medical care, and creating sustainable solutions that empower families to thrive. Guided by her faith, Fabiola is a proud Christian who values family, integrity, and service. She enjoys singing, traveling, and staying focused on her goals. She is a servant leader whose life’s work reflects her belief in compassion, resilience, and the power of helping others.
