Esperanza Zapata Carnaqué

Public Manager at the National Authority for Civil Service - SERVIR and university lecturer in undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Human Talent Management and Managerial Competency Development (Undergraduate) and Ethics, Public Management, and Scientific Research (Postgraduate). Twenty-five years of experience in the public sector and ten years in university teaching. Bachelor's degree in Administration from the National University Pedro Ruiz Gallo, with a second professional degree as a Specialist in Public Administration. Graduate of the Master's program in Ethics, Social Responsibility, and Integral Development from the Catholic University of Trujillo, Master of Science in Economics with a focus on Business Administration from the National University of Trujillo; PhD in Planning and Management from the National University of Trujillo, and Postdoctoral Fellow in Didactic Strategies for Scientific Research with an emphasis on Latin American Complex Thinking from the National University of the Center (Peru) and the International Research and Development Center (Colombia).
