Dr Stella Damtsa

Dr Stella Mourouzidou Damtsa is an accomplished banking and financial professional with an exceptional academic record and extensive experience at the Bank of Cyprus PCL. Stella is a CFA charterholder; she also has a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from the University of Manchester and a Master's in Financial Economics from the University of Cyprus, among other qualifications. Since joining the Bank of Cyprus PCL, she has held several management roles, including her current position as Manager Segments and Propositions, where she is responsible for Segments, CRM, Analytics and Business Intelligence. Her progression through the bank reflects her deep understanding of the financial industry, with past positions including Regional Manager, Manager Strategy and Premier Banking, and Head Private Banking.
