Dr. Ewa Danuta Bialek

Dr. Ewa Danuta Bialek is the Founder of the Institute of Psychosynthesis, Center of Sustainable Human Development, an educational institution dedicated to assisting people in discovering their full creative power and talents. The programs especially target women 45+, and seek to nurture their spiritual nature and capacity to implement their talents fully in their life. Through “self-education,” the Institute guides its students to health and sustainable (balanced) development, contributing to a healthy society based on ethical values.   With a PhD in Immunology from the Medical University of Warsaw, Dr. Bialek specializes in clinical diagnosis. For many years, she worked in research at the Medical University of Warsaw (Medical School) and Postgraduate Medical Center (23 years). After completing PhD, Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Summit University (USA), she became certified as a trainer of Psychosynthesis (IAMOP - USA.) Also a Certified Life Coach and master Life Coach from the American University of NLP, she specialized as a Coach for Personal Wellbeing.Dr. Bialek is the author of over 150 publications (27 books, self-guides, and scientific articles), most of them relating to health promotion and has lectured at numerous conferences concerning the environment, health and education. In 1997, she established the Association "Education for the Future" in Warsaw, writing programs and books and organizing scientific and educational conferences. Her passion is health (wellbeing) education, to prevent treatment. This is an extension and deepening of self-awareness: recognizing individual talent, gift, but also individual blocks, beliefs that limit the perception about oneself, other people and the world   She uses her educational programs as well for parents and children, as for entrepreneurs, helping to create personal and professional wellbeing (wellness). She believes that healthy person creates a healthy family and workplace, which is an extension of who he is, where he came from and where he is going. This way he builds individual well-being, and this one is spreading around him, building well-being of his environment and his company. It is a sign of his synthesis (psycho-synthesis), the integration of his personality and his realization in the world. Dr Bialek is the authoress of 28 books and over 130 scientific articles from different fields.  She has presented hundreds of lectures on scientific, educational and entrepreneurs conferences in her country and the world. Particularly important was the World Forum in 2012 in St. Catherine' College, Oxford, organized by the International Biographical Centre, England and ABI, USA, where she delivered a lecture: Synthesis as a way to solve the problems of men and the world. Her books are published in Polish. Two of them are translated into English and available on Amazon. This year she published in Polish her latest book, titled: Leaders of Tomorrow. New Entrepreneurship in Challenging Time. Dr Bialek’ dream is to create a Uni-versity (as a synthesis of two words: uni-ty and di-versity) of Self and Life-Sciences as a whole system of lifelong education, using different approaches and building partnerships between other organizations dedicated to this issue This type of education is leading to expand self-awareness and understanding of oneself and life, stimulate the motivation to change one’s lifestyle and build a better future for the world.
