Dganit Toren

I am an international estate planning attorney, entrepreneur, and founder of Keeps, a modern planning platform designed to help families organize, preserve, and reuse meaningful life experiences and traditions. I founded Toren Law, where my practice focuses on estate planning, probate, trusts, and international matters involving California and Israel. Licensed in both California and Israel, I work with individuals and families navigating complex cross-border legal and planning matters, with a focus on protecting assets and preserving family legacies. My background includes civil litigation, governmental incentive and NIH-related work at PwC Israel, and leadership roles as director and president of boards of directors. Before becoming an attorney, I served as an air traffic controller, an experience that deeply shaped my disciplined, strategic, and systems-oriented approach to leadership and decision-making. I earned both my LL.B. and LL.M. in Commercial Law, magna cum laude, from Tel Aviv University, and I also hold a Board of Directors certification from UCLA. Beyond my professional work, I am passionate about innovation, planning, travel, skiing, horseback riding, and building meaningful connections. I also enjoy writing and speaking about bias, decision-making, and the ways thoughtful planning can simplify and enrich modern life.
