Biography
With over 16 years of experience in public safety and intelligence analysis, I currently serve as the Acting Manager of the Situational Awareness & Intelligence Unit for Arlington County Government. My expertise lies in orchestrating high-level threat intelligence by synthesizing data from local, state, and federal partners into actionable insights. This intelligence-driven approach provides the foundation for real-time situational awareness and strategic decision-making across Arlington County and the National Capital Region. As a specialist in Critical Event Management (CEM), I oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of incident response. Serving as the administrator for the Everbridge CEM & Mass Notification Platform, I lead the digital transformation of our emergency communications, ensuring that high-velocity information reaches the right stakeholders at the right time. By bridging the gap between sophisticated threat monitoring and rapid response, I facilitate community resilience and operational continuity during complex, multi-dimensional crises. Through seamless interagency collaboration with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency management partners, I foster a proactive posture toward incident prevention and mitigation. My focus remains on strengthening public safety through a 24/7 commitment to operational readiness and the evolution of intelligence-led safety strategies.
