With over 16 years of experience in public safety and intelligence analysis, I currently serve as the Acting Manager of the Situational Awareness & Intelligence Unit for Arlington County Government. As a specialist in Critical Event Management (CEM), I oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of incident response. Serving as the administrator for the Everbridge CEM & Mass Notification Platform, I lead the digital transformation of our emergency communications, ensuring that high-velocity information reaches the right stakeholders at the right time. By bridging the gap between sophisticated threat monitoring and rapid response, I facilitate community resilience and operational continuity during complex, multi-dimensional crises. Through seamless interagency collaboration with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency management partners, I foster a proactive posture toward incident prevention and mitigation.
