I am an executive passionate about industrial innovation, regenerative leadership, and sustainable transformation. With a solid career in the home, personal care, cosmetics, and consumer goods industries — as well as in food and beverage manufacturing — I have led complex, multicultural operations across Latin America, always guided by purpose and performance. At the forefront of major initiatives — including factory expansions, QSE excellence, and the consolidation of a strong TPM and Industry 4.0 culture — I am recognized for integrating productivity, purpose, and people into a single regenerative cycle of growth and excellence. With both a strategic and human-centered mindset, I drive high-performance teams, foster female empowerment in manufacturing, and bridge technology, sustainability, and well-being, under the principle of “doing good, well done.” As a speaker and mentor, I actively participate in forums on artificial intelligence, leadership, and industrial competitiveness, translating global experiences — from Disney’s operational excellence to China’s innovation ecosystems — into practical insights for the industry of the future. Beyond work, I’m deeply devoted to my teenage daughter and cherish time with family and friends. I love sports, traveling, and discovering new cultures and perspectives that continuously expand how I see the world — and how I lead.
