Czarina Sheikh Mathew has a career history spanning over 25 years and is currently the Executive Director of Imtiaz Consultancy Limited. She supports organisations to enhance the employee and customer experience via consultancy, training and coaching. Czarina brings customer-focused solutions to mitigate financial, operational and reputational risk across the business. With substantial experience as a Senior Leader, Service Delivery Professional and Customer Champion, Czarina has developed and executed strategy to enhance the customer journey. She is also a mentor for the Women in Tech Mentoring programme, an Executive Coach and Corporate Trainer. Czarina has been listed in the Top 100 UK Customer Experience Professionals 2021 and was a Judge at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2020.

Imtiaz Consultancy is a management practice that focuses on enhancing the customer experience via consultancy, training and coaching. They provide a unique service that offers both profit improvement and cost management initiatives to Medium and Enterprise organisations.
