With over 25 years of experience in Oman and India in the field of media, publishing and events, Mohana has comprehensive and strategic skills in the areas of content creation, content delivery, marketing communications and brand building.

Meissa is Mohana’s first stint as an entrepreneur, based in Muscat, Oman. Over the years, Mohana’s passion for the written word evolved and grew, becoming more about communicating a message through a variety of platforms including corporate events, community-building activities, and digital initiatives. Going forward, she hopes to be able to help individuals and organisations with her skills as a wordsmith to navigate the new realities of a post-COVID-19 world.

Mohana holds her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from St Xavier’s College, Kolkata, India and is a member of the World Association of Newspapers. She holds the position of Chargée de Presse in Oman for the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, an international gastronomy association. She is also a Core Committee member of the ISC Charity Wing constituted to help Indian blue-collar workers in distress.

Miriam Marcus

Miriam Marcus has been the owner of Volunteer Israel for almost three years. Volunteer Israel is an organization that recruits volunteers and places them with the best charities available in Israel.

Prior to owning her own business, she was the head of foreign volunteer program at a previous company and has excellent public relations skills and fundraising experience.

She received her Bachelors degree in teaching, and applies those skills in all facets of her work as well. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.

With a background in the Finance Industry, where she developed her career for more than 12 years, her main achievements were her participation and coordination of Global Strategic Institutional Projects.
Since the beginning of her career she was exposed to Senior Management and C-level executives.

She is passionate about leadership and how women can leverage their natural skills of empathy and connection to be much more effective leaders.

She wants to leave a legacy where women are much more recognized and visible because they are more daring, as women have a deeper level of self-trust and are willing to take inspired action steps toward their goals.

Helen Dotan-Glassberg

With over two decades of professional experience in her field, Helen Dotan-Glassberg is the VP of HR and Talent Development at Shamir Optical Industry Ltd. In this role, she is known for her interpersonal skill and unmatched expertise in recruitment and human resources.

Helen holds her Master of the Arts in Organizational Behavior from the University of Haifa, which she obtained in 2002. She also belongs to several national organizations dedicated to empowering women in Israel. Moving forward, she would like to continue to work in HR and to expand to independent consulting work.

In her spare time, Helen enjoys reading, exercise and doing pilates.

Tory Casey

With nearly a decade of professional experience, Tory Casey is the Founder of Hue Complete Me where she spearheads the design of greeting cards, art prints and enamel pins, works on new products, as well as web development and budgeting.

Tory holds her Master’s degree in Interior Design and Architecture from the Academy of Art University, which she obtained in 2014. Tory spent 5 years as a marketing and advertising coordinator she paired her design background and work experience to create Hue Complete Me. Moving forward, she plans to continue to grow her business online, to network with other small businesses, and to eventually open another brick and mortar location.

In her spare time, Tory is a certified persnal trainer and nutritionist and is a health blogger.
