Julia Carmichael is a Chief Risk Officer at Trinity College in Dublin. With over 20 years of experience in her career, Julia is having a very successful career in both the public and private sector of financial services and in the education industry. She is best known for her expertise in enterprise risk management, security, management, corporate governance, and financial risk.

Julia has welcomed opportunities to expand her skill set and been instrumental in business regenerations and start ups in the corporate and public sector with balance sheets in excess of 700 million euro.

She is very passionate about empowering young emerging women leaders and supporting them as they work to become part of the fiber of the economy and be recognized as such. She is also known for her commitment to the continuous improvement in corporate governance and ethics in financial services.

Julia is currently a member of several professional organizations including the Respond Housing Association. She is looking forward to networking and collaborating with likeminded professionals.

Isabelle Valibus is a dynamic a senior executive with expertise in consumer products in the food, hygiene and personal care sector. Most recently the Director Business Unit Retailer Brands EMEA at Kimberly Clark, a global leader in consumer health and hygiene products. Having joined the staff in 2002 as Cusomer Unit Business Manager, Isabelle oversaw business management for in B2C & E-commerce, as well as strategy in sales, marketing, category, planning and logistics.

After earning a bachelor’s degree from the Lycée François 1er, Fontainebleau, Isabelle went on to complete a Master of Marketing and Sales from Excelia Group La Rochelle. She launched her career with Unilever, where she gained a decade of experience and in the Food / Cogesal Miko sector. Returning to school, she attended the Emerging Leaders program at the London Business School, and became certified in Executive Global Management Leading Digital Transformation / General Management at INSEAD.

Isabelle’s outstanding track record of business transformation and “360° approach” has demonstrated her to be a skilled leader capable of producing real results in her teams, sales, and negotiations. She resides in Île-de-France, France, and speaks fluent English, French and Italian. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys hiking, travel, and fine wine.

Kellie Morin-Araujo has more than 20 years of professional experience in her industry. Currently, she is the Senior Technical Editor at Waters Corp. Kellie’s career stems from being in the corporate world for 32 years and being a business-savvy person who has been working since she was 12 years old.
Her main responsibilities consist of editing all supporting documentation for the medical devices her company makes, working with offsite staff, and providing support to a group of 40+ writers.
Kellie was prompted to get involved in this profession by way of natural progression and abilities.
She started out in the field of psychology, but quickly realized her passion was in editing. Her area of expertise is marketing and advertising, but she’s edited many different formats, including published novels and short stories.
Kellie is a self-educator and loves learning new things. She’s received awards for achievement in her current job, as well as past positions.
In the coming years, Kellie plans to grow her skills, develop her industry knowledge, and continue to make a difference in her field. She bases her success on her skills, but also on her innate ability to communicate with and develop positive professional relationships with anyone.

With over 16 years of experience, Sara Bresciani is the Owner of Blend Tea SAS, a company she runs with passion and dedication.
With a line of their own brands, Blend Tea handles all production and design of its many teas, as well as packaging and sourcing from prime growing regions of India, Sri Lanka, China, and Africa. The company is located on the shores of Lago Maggiore, between the Italian and Swiss alps, and sells its products through its distribution network in Europe, LatAm, and the US.
Sara is noted for her dynamic leadership skills and her expertise in production, sales and operations. She holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from ISPI in Milan and is a member of her local Chamber of Commerce. Moving forward, she is looking into a possible merger with a Dutch company that owns a chain of cafes.
When not engaged with work, Sara enjoys traveling, skiing, and horseback riding

Carmen Nava has several years of experience in her current field. She is the International Trade and Customs Director for Economic Development Council of the State of Zacatecas. She helps the company with international trade and legal issues.

She prepares training for companies. She creates Industrial and commercial strategies for the company. Firmly believes that the key behind her success is hard work and implementing good communications skills. In her free time she enjoys traveling and sports. She has a Master’s degree in Industrial and Commercial Strategies.

In the next few years she would like to continue what she is currently doing. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
